DESCRIPTION
The Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center Distinguished Lecture series brings together internal and external experts,
innovators, and thought leaders to present innovative and groundbreaking cancer research. This series is held monthly from
12:15 p.m. - 1:25 p.m. CST in Rochester and is broadcast enterprise wide for faculty from all cancer-related disciplines, clinical and research.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify key clinical and research areas of hematology, oncology, palliative care, surgical oncology and radiation oncology.
- Review cases pertinent to hematology-oncology that provide insight into challenging diagnosis and therapy.
- Recognize quality improvement and practice optimization metrics to enhance cancer care.
- Review the biology and translational research data of some new and upcoming cancer therapies.
