Excellence in any organization depends on its people, its most valuable asset. An organization's overall health is largely determined by its teams and their members. Teams must be healthy to provide optimal care to patients.
Leaders must ensure that their team is united through the principles of belonging and psychological safety, which is more than just a best practice; it's a responsibility. This symposium will explore the need for belonging and psychological safety and how leaders can use quality improvement tools to promote these principles within healthcare teams.
