In this webinar, participants explore the management of adverse drug reactions in tuberculosis (TB) treatment. This session features three distinguished experts—a physician, a pharmacist, and a nurse—each providing unique perspectives on the progression of care for patients undergoing TB treatment.
Target Audience
This course is designed for allied health professionals, nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, resident/fellows, and healthcare professionals working in a public healthcare setting.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify the roles of physicians, pharmacists, and nurses in managing adverse drug reactions in TB treatment.
- Recognize protocols for managing adverse drug reactions, utilizing the expertise of all three healthcare roles to improve patient care.
- Examine treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
