DESCRIPTION
Monthly 7-10 question printed quiz-format competency on a topic pertinent to Hematology Inpatient APP practice. Quizzes are developed from day-to-day practice (case reviews), established practice or institutional guidelines, and internal and external resources. Responses are reviewed and presented at monthly team meetings for discussion and education. 

Wednesdays from 2:00-3:00p.m. CST, In-Person and Live-Streamed

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Identify basic competencies essential for successful practice as an inpatient Hematology Advanced Practice Provider
  • Review clinical updates pertinent to inpatient Hematology APP practice
  • Recognize and synthesize practice variances among inpatient Hematology APP providers  

TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience is: nurse practitioners (NP), physician assistants (PA) and nurses.
