DESCRIPTION
This is a monthly Peer Learning Case Conference, open to all radiologists across the Mayo enterprise. We will review radiology studies/cases with missed findings, learning opportunities, great calls, imaging artifacts, and pitfalls.

TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience is primarily radiologists. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Identify common diagnostic errors in perception and cognition
• Develop awareness of imaging pitfalls and artifacts
• Review challenging cases and errors with colleagues
