• Identify the clinical, imaging, and immunopathology findings of a patient with MOGAD in the setting of metastatic malignancy.
• Recognize the utility of tocilizumab for treatment of neurologic immune-related adverse effects of immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and  in patients with MOGAD with active cancer.
