This course is designed for ophthalmologists, optometrists, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify characteristics of optic neuritis that may differentiate MOGAD from multiple sclerosis and NMOSD.
  • Recognize OCT and MRI findings in MOGAD.
  • Identify treatment for MOGAD optic neuritis.
     
  • Identify the common etiologies of necrotizing granulomatous orbital inflammation.
  • Recognize the probable long-term prognosis of necrotizing orbital granulomas in the absence of systemic disease.
