Employee Well-Being Online CNE Nursing Course
This online nursing course provides an overview of contributing factors and consequences of employee distress. An enlightened leadership approach to healthcare professional well-being and interdisciplinary teams will be provided.
Target Audience
This nursing course is designed for nurses in all practice settings and nurse leaders.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Summarize contributors to and consequences of healthcare professional distress across job roles, with associated solutions.
- Integrate knowledge to inform an “enlightened leadership” approach to healthcare professional well-being within interdisciplinary teams.

If the cancellation is made prior to the start of the activity, a refund less an administration fee of $25 will be issued. If the cancellation is made after the start of the activity, no refund will be issued. All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
