PRESENTER BIO:

Dr. Pritchett grew up in Cloquet, MN - a small paper-mill town at the base of the Iron Range in Northern Minnesota. Most of his favorite things involve spending time outdoors with his wife and three kids. Professionally, he is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. In April 2024, he will transition onto staff as an oncologist within the department of community oncology, with additional appointments through the Department of Oncology and Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center. His research is focused on the development of innovative, patient-centered models of cancer care delivery. In addition, he helps lead several research and practice initiatives focused on bridging the digital divide for cancer patients experiencing disparities in access to care.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

1. Review examples of digital tools that are redefining the paradigm of cancer care delivery
2. Explore how digital tools offer opportunities to expand access & address the “quintuple aim”
3. Discuss challenges of implementing digital tools in cancer care, including widening of the “digital divide”
