DESCRIPTION
Quarterly meetings will be held with all CV APP providers invited to attend a peer presentation focused on faculty development, well-being, and clinical topics of interest. This will include both inpatient and outpatient CV APP providers to build on working relationships, improve communications across the care continuum, and decrease barriers for collaborative professional growth.  The goal is to encourage professional advancement (publications, presentations, research) and improve satisfaction.

TARGET AUDIENCE
MD Providers, APP/NP, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social work, and study coordinators.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Apply learned skills to at least one professional development activity. 
  • Develop inter-professional collaborative partnerships. 
  • Validate improved professional satisfaction from participation in the event.
