DESCRIPTION:
The Radiation Oncology NPPA group meets monthly to analyze and discuss current research. The analysis process incorporates a critical appraisal of the research and applicability to our patients and practice.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
NPs and PAs in Radiation Oncology, no prerequisite skills
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Demonstrate ability to outline research questions or hypothesizes, research design, statistical analyses and study conclusions including reliability, validity and limitations of study.
- Determine implications for practice change(s).
