  • Identify the role of pharmacists in the multidisciplinary care of transplant patients.
  • Identify the important toxicities of commonly used immunosuppressive agents.
  • Review the anti-rejection medications commonly used in transplantation.
  • Explain the mechanism of action of commonly prescribed immunosuppressive medications.
