Mayo Clinic's Transplant Specialty Council is holding an annual multidisciplinary meeting in Florida - Enterprise collaboration. This two-day program includes didactic lectures and workshops focusing on quality improvement, technology, data analytics and innovation in organ donation and transplantation, educating the transplant community of expectations of the digital age. The didactic lectures will be offering CME to physicians, nurses, social workers, NP/PA, pharmacists and healthcare executives.
Target Audience
This course is intended for physicians, nurses, social workers, NP/PA, pharmacists and healthcare executives.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe QAPI concepts, tools, and techniques to engage in improvement activities.
- Locate pertinent quality improvement resources.
- Build a shared language to promote common understanding, alignment, and sponsorship of Mayo Clinic’s data strategy, including data stewardship goals and outcomes.
- Learn when to use RWB versus SlicerDicer in Epic.
- Learn how to select populations, slices and measurements in SlicerDicer.
